Yorkshire’s fastest growing technology firm recognised for customer service

Yorkshire’s fastest growing technology firm, Azzure IT, has taken its commitment to delivering top quality customer service to the next level.

As part of its plan to become the most customer-focused IT firm in its field, Azzure IT has achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification; the international standard that specifies requirements for a quality management system (QMS). Organisations use the standard to demonstrate their ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.
Azzure IT has obtained the certification by adhering to a stringent set of criteria. This involved the appointment of a quality manager, a series of processes and procedures which enables the business to manage risk and continue improvement, the creation of a measurement system with trend analysis for managing and reducing customer issues, as well as the development of a customer satisfaction communication programme to promote the importance of putting the customer first.

Craig Such, managing director at Azzure IT said: “To be certified with ISO 9001:2015 is a huge achievement, and is a testament to the hard work and dedication shown by the Azzure IT team to deliver quality customer service.

“We’ve experienced a high level of growth and success since start-up in 2011, and this goes to show our commitment to excellence in business, and our dedication to continued growth in 2017. Maintaining quality can be a challenge for fast growing businesses but this certification proves that at Azzure IT we continue to put quality at the forefront of all we do.”

The commendation comes after a period of success and growth for the firm, in which it was named the 29th fastest growing technology company in the UK, in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50, the only company in Yorkshire to place in the listing. Azzure IT was also awarded membership to the prestigious Microsoft President’s Club in late 2016 for the second year in a row.

Azzure IT quality manager, Debbie Barton said: “It enables the team to continuously evaluate where our challenges are and make improvements. It is a unique achievement. We are still a young business servicing small to medium businesses. We are one of the first, if not the first, to recognise the need for an accredited quality management system when servicing small to medium businesses in the business software market.”

Debbie added: “Our customers can rest assured that with ISO 9001 Azzure IT will continue to provide the highest level of customer service.”
