Four more faces to shine at OrderWise…
Managing Director David Hallam said: “We’re so pleased to be welcoming even more talent to the OrderWise team. There’s been many new hires over the past two years and I’m thrilled to have so much experience and skills on board. Our workforce is the best it has ever been and each team gaining a new member is performing beyond all expectations.
“All four of our new hires will be bringing something new to the role and will develop as they spend more time with us. We’re keen on training and improving staff and everyone has access to our training and development portal which bolsters the quality of service we can offer to clients and customers.”
As part of its steady growth plans, the firm has strengthened its technical support department with Sian-Marie Smith, who has previously worked in a school with children excluded from mainstream education and has also spent time as a prison officer.
OrderWise is also welcoming Grant Hudson, who joins as a project manager. Before he moves into his department, Grant is gaining valuable experience of the OrderWise software in the company’s busy technical support department. Grant has experience gained from working as a manager in Amazon’s packing and shipping departments. Prior to that role he worked in accountancy and studied for a degree in Business Studies at the University of Lincoln.
The team is also gaining Duncan Crosby as a project coordinator. Duncan has more than 25 years’ experience in IT and project management and is a PRINCE 2 Qualified Project Practitioner. He has also worked for a variety of companies across Europe.
Nicola Smith also joins as a project manager after spending some time in the OrderWise technical support department to gain a more rounded understanding of how clients use OrderWise. Nicola has a degree in Business & Management from Leeds Metropolitan University and has experience as a project manager working for Coca-Cola European Partners.
