Sapphire Systems is pleased to have earned a place on The Sunday Times HSBC International Track 200 league table, which ranks Britain’s mid-market private companies with the fastest-growing international sales.

Sapphire, an established global provider of world-leading business management software, ranked 152nd on the list after experiencing 28% growth in annual international sales over the past two years.

Headquartered in The Shard in London, Sapphire was founded in 1993 and now employs over 200 people across its global offices in the UK, USA, Australia and Asia, offering software, services and support around the world.

Sapphire’s Chief Executive Officer, Ian Caswell, said it was an honour to receive recognition of the company’s continued growth.

“Despite the recession and other economic upheavals, we have experienced strong organic growth in recent years, and continue to expand and develop our services globally. Earning a place on this league table is a testament to the hard work of our team and the strength of our products, services and customer support.

“Our software is designed to support growing businesses, so it is comforting to see some of our clients and other companies within The Shard community featured in the table. We also want to take the opportunity to congratulate them on their achievements,” Ian said.

The Sunday Times HSBC International Track 200 league table, compiled by Oxford-based research firm Fast Track, featured 74 companies headquartered in the London region, with their international sales having grown by an average of 54% a year over the last two years to a total of £3.3bn.
