OrderWise, who have recruited more than 40 new staff this year, recently committed to a £1.3 million expansion in the village. This will see its premises at Newton Court on Saxilby Enterprise Park grow to accommodate several new teams and an interactive mock warehouse.

These nine new starters join at an exciting time for the company, which has seen extensive growth during 2015 as well as a flurry of award wins and nominations in recent months.

Among the recruits joining OrderWise in the latest tranche of hires are James McLaughlan, who joins as a project co-ordinator, and Jamil Karkach, who joins the firm’s marketing department as a consultant.

Managing Director of OrderWise David Hallam said: “I want to welcome all nine new recruits to the OrderWise family. We’re aiming high in 2016 and the next few years will be some of the most rewarding and challenging we will face. We can’t wait to have the new extension finished and the new teams settled in.

“The new building will include a two-floor simulation warehouse designed not only to train new staff and improve existing OrderWise software, but also to show potential clients how the company’s products work in real-time, practical situations.”

David added: “This is a feature you won’t see anywhere else and is all about improving the capabilities of our software. It will also allow us to demonstrate key features to show their applicable uses in a live warehouse environment. It really underlines how seriously we take our products and services.”
