One of the areas that Company Secretary Penny Betteridge wanted to improve upon was the level of financial analysis provided from the accounts system. Evolution M is fully integrated and has a dedicated Contract Ledger which ensures quick access to cost, value, cash and budget, committed and delivered information is available in a variety of formats to share with the management team to support decision making.

Penny had also noticed an increase in the amount of time and effort which was being spent managing subcontractors and therefore wanted the new system to make these requirements less onerous. Evolution M has a fully integrated subcontractor module which caters for all aspects of managing and paying subcontractors and includes time saving features such as the automatic online verification of new subcontractors with HMRC, plus built in reminders for when insurance is due to expire.
