Grundon invests with Prodware for improved customer experience and efficiencies

Infor SCE 102 adds mobilityGrundon, the largest privately owned waste management group in the UK have signed an agreement for circa £1 million with Prodware (UK) Limited to implement the specialist waste and recycling solution enwis).

Based on Microsoft Dynamics, enwis) which forms part of the Prodware solution portfolio for waste and recycling companies, is an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software package and will provide Grundon with a totally integrated system, which will streamline its business and improve customer service and experience.

Established in 1929 by Stephen Grundon, the company is well respected nationally for its professionalism and is acknowledged to be in the vanguard of waste management practice and innovation. Grundon has developed from a local aggregate supply business into a national commercial group in the industrial services sector, with interests in waste management, minerals development, facilities management, clinical waste and recovery and recycling.

As a growing and innovative company with a number of interests, Grundon needed to find a software solution that would integrate and streamline its total business and at the same time provide its customers and suppliers with self-service portals to enable more efficient and enhanced performance and experience. After a long process and comprehensive due diligence, Grundon decided to sign an agreement with Prodware because of their industry expertise and experience combined with a total solution designed to meet the immediate and future requirements of Grundon.
