The Learning Zone is a valuable source of training videos and documents for users of Union Square Software to develop their understanding of the system. By centralising the resources needed for new users, it makes it quick and easy to access helpful information. There is also the functionality to track a user’s progress through the training programme, ensuring each user is getting the very best from the system.

Tony Burnett, Technical Training Consultant at Union Square, spoke about the recent uptake of users with the Union Square Learning Zone.

“It’s fantastic to see people making the most of the learning facility we have on offer. A lot of effort has been put into developing this functionality and listening to client feedback was a large part of this. The aim of new users being able to gain sufficient understanding of the system as fast as possible is becoming a reality.”
